Foundation for Change is a London based charity that works to promote social inclusion and integration for people that have been affected by the misuse of drugs and/or alcohol. We believe that meaningful recovery is achieved by them not only addressing their drug or alcohol problems, but by being supported to make radical changes in how they live in all areas of their lives, and to be helped in developing greater insight into themselves and their relations with others. Through education, training and supported volunteering opportunities, the foundation aims to help people create more solid foundations on which to live their lives, building self-esteem, confidence and self worth.
