It has been an unforgettable year - there's no doubt about that. What's also not in doubt is the effort, energy and dedication that all the staff at Charter North Dulwich have put in to keep our kid's education on track. The school have suggested that we add to the money raised by you at Christmas by creating a 'Feel Good Fund' to allow the HR department to continue their work of providing little wellbeing extras for everyone throughout the year. They're also hoping to be able to organise a proper big party for everyone. This is the message we recently received from Wendy in HR 'I wanted to say how fantastic it is to be able to say thank you to staff for their amazing work by having money from the parents to be able to have to have a few feel good Fridays-where we can buy a few drinks and come together to unwind. As you know we can’t spend school funds on alcohol or staff hospitality so to be able to organise free events is practically impossible and in this extremely difficult year it has been hard to ‘thank’ staff as a body. The thank you money you have raised from the parents has meant that as HR director I can organise staff yoga, breakfasts, fish and chips-which were all so well received. For 180 staff even these simple things can cost a lot so I am so grateful for the support of parents to simply acknowledge the exceptional work our staff do-day in day out to support the students' When you donate you'll have a chance to leave a message which we will collate and pass on.
