Anyone who knows me well enough knows that this will be a huge challenge for me....on Sunday 28th September I will be running the Windsor Half Marathon in memory of my lovely grandad who died last September. He made regular donations to Saint Francis Hospice as it was a cause close to his heart. They provide hospice at home services, day care and in-patient care to people resident in the boroughs of Barking, Dagenham, Havering, and Brentwood and in-patient and day care services to patients living in Redbridge who are suffering from a life-limiting illness. They also offer support to the families and carers of patients. This year marks their 30 year anniversary. Please donate to this worthwhile cause - all donations will help to spur me on! I'm gonna need all the help I can get!!
