The aim of Eastwood Memory Café is to: 1.Provide the opportunity for those affected by dementia, and their carers’, to live well by the provision of a regular Memory Café, planned activities, events and trips out, alongside virtual support and activities 2.Engage with the wider community to actively encourage kindness, tolerance and a better understanding of dementia
