I would like to add to the fundraising for the Kintyre Link Club & Positive Action Argyll - so have decided to do a December Dook in the Dark challenge that I will kick off. Mental health and wellbeing has been particularly challenging for everyone this year and we shouldn’t be afraid to share that sometimes it can feel very dark. The Link Club do a great job locally in supporting folks and I find a dook helps bring light in that darkness, so I will be doing a daily dook (probably in the dark most days as it’s December and the days are short and I prefer to get in the sea before work). Our Work Givey page means we can add gift aid. Also be more than happy for anyone that would like to join me for a mental health & wellbeing charity near them. Wild swimming really is the best medicine. 🧜‍♀️🏊‍♀️🥰
