To improve the social and economic well-being of local people by providing support, care, leisure, recreational, training and counselling facilities with the intention of improving their conditions of life, enabling them to become active members of the community facilitating a growth in social capital and the development of a more cohesive community where people are empowered to take part in local issues, have a voice and have their views represented.
