Historia

We began in the early seventies as a women's group and have grown to become a small, community-based, registered charity which is run for women by women. Our aim is to help women who have experienced or are experiencing domestic violence/abuse to free themselves from the situation they are in. We do this by providing safe accommodation and a number of support services. These services are run by staff and volunteers and are free of charge.
