I am running the 2 km HSBC Children's run on Sunday 18th September in Berkshire for a fantastic charity called Forest Pulse which run by a very good friend of mine and my parents that supports any family with a disabled child aged up to the age of 19. I am very lucky to be able to take part in this run as some children aren't able too. Forest Pulse believes that disabled children and young people should have the same opportunities to take part in social, recreational and sports activities as their non-disabled peers, and to be able to do this independently of their parents/carers.
