Providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment within the birth to 3 matters and the foundation curriculum. Ensuring equality of opportunity for all children. Also provide a friendly meeting place for all adults caring for young children and a support network for families with young children allowing adults to share problems and knowledge, and relieve any sense of isolation.
