Community Awareness Programme is a Wakefield Charity founded in 1997. The purpose is to relieve want and poverty in Wakefield MDC and beyond. Gaols to raise awareness in the general public to homelessness and poverty and to care and provide for those who find themselves in this situation. To combat the causes of homelessness. To provide high quality and innovative services to sustain and help people move to a settled productive lifestyle. To work to reduce risk of new people falling into homelessness.
