Circle invests in today's young disadvantaged, unemployed people to give them the skills they need to get into permanent employment and add value to themselves and to society. We want to ensure that every young person has the right key life skills to become self-sustainable. Circle continues to mentor these young people so they can move up the employment ladder and create a career path for themselves.
