Chestnut Tree House,the only children?s hospice in Sussex,provides specialist palliative care for children and young adults with progressive life-limiting illnesses.We offer support for the whole family including, care in bereavement therapy, end of life and respite care and sibling support.Families are never charged for their care It offers a home-from-home environment for the children and their families and is a place of love, understanding, fun and friendship.
