Story

The Chester and District Federation of the Blind (CDFB) is a charity run by and for people who are blind or partially sighted. CDFB exists to try to meet the needs of people with a visual impairment by providing those services which are either not provided, or not sufficiently provided by other organisations or agencies. It is our aim to provide support from diagnosis, and throughout the lifetime, of people with a visual impairment.
