I'm running the Cheltenham half-marathon and raising money for Footsteps Counselling & Care. Unfortunately 1 in 4 pregnancies end in loss in the UK, and 1 in 6 people will experience fertility problems. Coupling this huge impact with dwindling free mental health access in the UK can leave vast amounts of people feeling vulnerable with limited resources. Footsteps Counselling & Care is a charitable organisation offering compassionate counselling and care for anyone in the Gloucestershire area affected by pregnancy-related issues, the loss of a baby for any reason, traumatic birth, fertility problems and pregnancy-related mental health issues.
