Story

The charity's objective and principle activities are to offer a non-statutory mental health service affiliated to National Mind by means of providing counselling, support, information and advice, therapeutic group work, eating disorder service, carers support, mental health education and a variety of creative and social activities in order to achieve better mental health for people situated in Chelmsford and surrounding areas.
