I want to raise money for children's mental health because there are lots of children who suffer with poor mental health which is worse now due to the covid pandemic. I want to use some of my spare time to raise money for children less fortunate than myself and to help raise awareness of good mental health in children. I am doing a 13 mile bike ride which is one mile for each year of my age. It will take place on Saturday 6th November at Halo Hereford leisure centre. It will be done on a static bike. Two colleagues from strong Young Minds will also be doing it with me for extra support.
