Chance For Change supports young people in the UK, Malawi and Nepal whose lives and potential are challenged by being homeless, unemployed or in conflict with the law. We help young people make powerful changes in their lives by focussing on their talents and potential. Enabling and motivating young people to make a better future for themselves and their community. In the UK we work by using adventure and journeying as tools to build the skills and confidence needed for successful independence. In Malawi and Nepal we help young people become leaders in their communities, helping them become active social citizens and entrepreneurs.
