CHAD is a registered charity, dedicated to helping and improving the everyday lives of people coping with disability. CHAD was formed in March 2000 to meet the demands of residents within Caerphilly County. We have now become a centre of excellence, and have developed an Outreach facility, which enables groups and individuals alike, to access CHAD from all areas, via clinics and individual appointments
