We are a charity based in Falkirk, Central Scotland supporting people to improve their mental health and wellbeing. We believe that when you bring people together wonderful things can happen. With this in mind we run peer support groups and community events. We aim to support people to help each other and improve their mental health and wellbeing.

Every little helps, and we are grateful for a donation of any size. Some example donations below:

£5 can pay for refreshments at one of our groups

£10 can pay for crafting supplies for the week

£30 can pay for a member of staff to run a group
