Central & Cecil is dedicated to providing quality homes, care and support that contribute to the health and vitality of communities. Our vision is to provide support whenever needed, at any stage of life. Our service users include, frail older people requiring care, people living with dementia, active older people living in sheltered and extra care housing, men and women facing homelessness, people with mental health support needs and the Irish community.
