CAVS supports the elderly and those who are socially isolated through our Befriending Service, vulnerable families and young children who are experiencing difficult times, through Family Mentoring and improved well-being to the local community through our busy ways to Wellness service.

Our community projects and schemes are delivered across Essex, with a very high demand and we rely on the goodwill of volunteers to help support these. Many people in our community require vital help. We need to do much more. Please support our fundraising challenge so we may continue our good work.
