Carmarthen Mind is a user-focused charity that works for a better life for everyone with experience of mental or emotional distress in the county town of Carmarthen and the surrounding area. We promote a positive attitude to mental health and work to reduce stigma associated with it. We offer information, emotional and practical support through a range of quality services, which are tailored to meet the needs of individuals.
