Historia

The Brittle Bone Society is the only UK charity supporting people who have Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI): someone with OI can experience hundreds of fractures in their lifetime. We fundraise for specialised wheelchairs, to give people their right to improved mobility and more independence and we work closely with the main NHS Centres of Excellence. We work to raise awareness about issues of isolation and support vital research programmes into better treatments and diagnosis of this rare condition.
