Story

We exist to save lives on Britain's beaches, particularly our own home beach, Branksome Chine in Dorset. Our charity teaches lifesaving and personal survival skills focused on beach and sea situations, from 8 years old upwards. Many of our members go on to become beach lifeguards for the RNLI. We take part in both core lifesaving and also the sport element of surf lifesaving, which ensures our members stay fit and highly focused. Your generous donation helps to pay for vital equipment and training courses, without which we could not carry out the valuable work that we do.
