Mobility is a challenge for people with profound disabilities and to live an active and fulfilling life the people we care for need transport. Whether its activities, education sessions, fun days out or outside clinics we need our mini buses. We also need quite a number because our residents wheel chairs are often motorised and hence large taking up a fair bit of space We have 3 mini buses at Bevern View that we rely on for essential transport. They get a lot of use. At present we need to replace one possibly two and we are currently fundraising for a specialist minibus that can accommodate different types of wheel chairs and have seating for staff and our mobile residents. Every pound will make all the difference.
