Barth syndrome is a life-threatening genetic disorder that affects boys. Our boys often have heart failure and a risk of cardiac arrest as well as a myriad of other symptoms such as immune system problems, muscle weakness, extreme fatigue, growth delay and feeding problems. With your help we will succeed in our mission: Saving lives through education, advances in treatment and the pursuit of a cure for Barth syndrome.
