The Hairy Hiker's aka Daniel Mitchell and Matt Bowler are going on a epic 7 day hike 135 km (84 mile) backpacking trip. Starting at Bowness-on-Solway on the West Coast and ending at Wallsend on the East Coast we will be walking along Hadrian's Wall in it's entirety with nothing but what we are wearing, what's in our bags (ie. boring dried food, sleeping bag, tent) and our rather poor hiking knowledge. All to raise money for Community Companions a brilliant charity which helps elderly, isolated and disabled people in Glossopdale.
