Story

Our aim is for everyone with depression in Northern Ireland to seek and find the help they need to recover from their illness. We campaign for better treatments and access to services, operate an information and support helpline, run 24 self-help support groups, education programmes for schools, the public and health professionals, train volunteers and produce information booklets.
