The Applecross Community Hall is a friendly and versatile space for the Applecross community and visitors in Applecross, Scottish Highlands. We host exercise classes and other groups and clubs led by Applecross locals, music events and plays, and strupags and markets, among others. The Hall is also a venue for weddings and other functions. We are a community and volunteer led, not for profit organisation. Our dedicated and passionate Hall Committee makes the operative decisions regarding the maintenance and day-to-day running of the Hall. Any permanent resident in Applecross is welcome to join the Committee. The community hall is currently at a critical stage in its short-term funding as we have been hit hard by the Covid-19 pandemic whilst also needing to do a number of crucial and expensive repairs on the premises. Our income has dropped dramatically as events have not been able to go ahead, local meetings have moved online and our bar has had to be closed. The Hall is a key focal point in the Applecross community, bringing together different generations living in Applecross. It is the only indoor community space in our community.
