Thanks to everyone who has donated to this and to the Facebook fundraiser, between the two you have now raised well over £250 for Give a Kidney - amazing. As we've surpassed my first targets I've increased them a bit in the hope we can get to £300 between the two. Thanks again xx --- Hi! As usual I don't need anything for my birthday! However Give a Kidney's monthly subscription fees on that other fundraising platform whose initials are JG are about to more than double going from £18 a month inc VAT to £46.50 a month inc VAT. So if you could make a small birthday donation instead of giving me anything, it will cover the costs of that platform and the work involved in moving away from it. Also by not using that platform I hope to raise awareness of the many other fundraising platforms out there including Givey: "When you make your donation through Givey, the Charity receives 100% of the donation. Your details are safe with Givey and donating is completely secure. Furthermore, they never share your email address with any third parties except the Charity you donate to."
