Michelle Gould is raising $250 for Home-Start Kernow
About
I am now five weeks into my challenge and feeling great. I have lost eight pounds of unwanted me and feeling much more energetic. I am no longer craving junk food and have my appetite under control. Last week I upped my exercise and water which was rewarded by a three pound weight loss. Today I put on a pair of jeans I previously could not get into and all of my clothes are feeling looser and looking better on. I have been walking with some four legged friends and am loving being outdoors. High point this week, I am going to be a granny for the second time. Don't forget:- I am one of the trustees and volunteer for Home-start Kernow based in Redruth. This is a leading local charity which offers support, friendship and practical help to parents throughout Cornwall. Home-start kernow says: ' Being a parent, whatever your situation, can be very difficult, especially when children are young. Many parents feel exhausted and overwhelmed by the stresses of family life, particularly if family and friends are unable to help. For some parents it’s a particular struggle because they are also experiencing post-natal depression, illness, disability, isolation or multiple birth'. That’s when parents need support. That’s when Home-Start Kernow can help You could help me by digging deep and giving generously via my Givey page. This will help a very worthy cause and give me the extra incentive needed to complete my challenge. Thank you so much for all of your support.
