At the end of May, along with the Brownlee brothers, I will be returning to hey Park to compete in the triathlon, after a break of nearly two years. Well not actually at the same time, but in the same day.
I am looking to raise money to support the excellent Marie Curie Cancer Care charity and the great work they do looking after people terminally ill with cancer. Our wonderful aunt Ivonne died from cancer just before Christmas and although she went tragically quickly, for some the last days and months are extremely difficult, making the work they do especially important.
To make it more interesting, and hopefully persuade more people to donate, the week after the triathlon I will be attempting to do 7 British Military Fitness sessions in 7 days. For those who haven't heard of it, BMF involves really tough workouts in the parks in the UK throughout the year. The most I have done before is 3 in one week, so coming after the triathlon this is going to be really tough.
So please try and spare a small donation to help me reach my target.
