Al Hikma has teamed up with Bham Children’s Hospital to raise funds to purchase a state of the art Hamilton Ventilator that may save lives of innocent children. Please watch the video to see what the ventilator is and why it is needed.   1. As Muslims living in Britain it is essential that we contribute to the betterment of the society and community we live in. The Muslim community has led the way in international aid. However, we lag behind in investing within institutions that we (our families/friends) use and that are vital for our society at large. Our religion encourages us to do what we can to help save and improve lives. 2. The equipment we are purchasing is not funded by the NHS. The proactive step of the Muslim community stepping in to fill in this gap will be positive dawah engagement. 3. Last few moments of Ramadan left!
