On 19 April I am taking part in a 100km cycle around the Cotswolds. The ride is organised by construction consultants Hill International and, slightly disconcertingly, is being led by riders from the WyndyMilla Reynolds professional cycling team. The money I raise will go to Dementia UK, with a percentage being matched and given to Carey Lodge Residential Care Home in Wing, Bedfordshire. My grandmother, whom I lost earlier this year, was affected by dementia for the last years of her life and it would be great to raise as much money as possible to help the fight against the disease. Carey Lodge was her home in her latter years and this would be a small way of giving something back for the care and comfort they provided. Thank you for visiting my page.
