Every day 1 in 30 babies is born in the UK with a condition which may affect them for life. So I am raising money to fund pioneering childrens' medical research to get this changed. The ride is on Sunday 21st June, starting at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, we follow a coastal route out of Wales before crossing over the Severn into England. We'll then skirt around the edge of Bristol before cycling through Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Berkshire, and finally Twickenham! I'll probably be in the saddle for around 11 hours. That's well over twice as long as an average marathon! So I will be in a world of pain and sitting on ice packs for a week. Please sponsor as much as you can for a great cause.
