This February, Aico colleagues want to celebrate not just Valentines Day but Valentines Week. They are getting together to support a local charity ‘The Harry Johnson Trust’ with an exciting and heart-healthy fundraiser: Aico's Heart Week Challenge! 💓 Collectively, colleagues will be covering the distance from Aico, Oswestry to their Bristol office - 143 miles! Completing the distance (a walk, run, cycle, or any other physical activity) or maybe do 20 minutes ( which is approx. 1 mile distance) of any heart-pumping activity (dancing, yoga, skipping - etc). Each participant's efforts will bring them closer to reaching the entire 143 miles by the end of the week on Valentine's Day, 14th Feb! The Harry Johnson Trust was established in November 2014 following the death of seven year old Harry in July of that year. Harry died following a nine month fight with Double Hit Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. The trust offers help and support to children and teenagers who receive care from the Oncology Team at The Princess Royal Hospital in Shropshire. Every penny they are able to raise from the challenge will make a massive difference to children and their families who are in this situation.
