Working in partnership with key agencies, the Vision of older people in Mid Mersey is to promote improved quality of life and empowerment for older people and their carers by: Campaigning, rooting out and educating against ageism and age discriminatory practices, and promoting positive images of older people. Recognising that older people have the experience, knowledge and skills to be fully involved in the planning, developing and monitoring of services for the whole community.
