Age Connects Morgannwg is the operating title of Age Concern Morgannwg. We are an independent local charity and not for profit company that has existed since 1977 to serve the people of Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil and Bridgend. Our aim is to provide older people (aged 50 plus) with the assistance, support and services that they need to live a healthier, more active and independent life.
