Age UK Ashford is a local autonomous charity dedicated to helping those over the age of 55 make the most of later life providing companionship, advice and support for older people who need it most.

Age UK Ashford help local older people achieve and maintain their independence and wellbeing through various high-quality services such as domestic support, meals on wheels, shopping, visits to the day centre and much more.

Services and activities are designed to reduce the risk of isolation and loneliness, enabling local older people to make informed decisions through the provision of quality information advice and guidance.
