Age Concern Hounslow is a charitable organisation, established in 1993 providing a social centre, advice and information and other forms of support for older people.In general terms, the main purpose is one of prevention, encouraging older people to maintain a healthy lifestyle, maximising the physical and psychological well-being of elders in the local community .
