Age Concern Swansea is an independent local charity leading the way for older people in the City and County of Swansea. In particular, we aim to help local older people to stay well, emotionally and physically, and living in their own homes for as long as possible. After all, 30 older people commit suicide every week in the UK, and 32 older people die alone and unnoticed every day.
