ACROSS provides pilgrimages and holidays by Jumbulance for sick and disabled people across Europe but particularly to the Christian Shrine of Lourdes in SW France. Priority is given to those in terminal illness and those with severe disabilities. Care is provided by volunteer doctors, nurses and helpers.
