With help ideas and making life a little bit easier. " I've had it in mind for a few years now to do a triathlon. I felt at last the procrastination had to stop! So in April during the Brighton marathon weekend I am doing the 50K Bike ride, starting at 7am in the morning, quite a challenge that, just starting so early! I am looking forward to cycling around the city with the roads closed, no fear of cars! And in September a triathlon at the beautiful venue of Hever Castle, a swim in the lake and then a cycle around the area finally doing a short run to the finish, I am aiming to do my best job but mostly to get round in one piece.
