I will be running a 10K to raise money for PAFRAS on 3rd July! PAFRAS is a small charity which has been supporting migrant communities in Leeds since 2002. PAFRAS specialises in working with asylum seekers who are destitute or at risk of destitution through emergency crisis intervention (food parcels, vouchers & emergency accommodation); independent Office of the Immigration Service Commissioner (OISC) regulated immigration advice; destitution casework and integrated mental health support.
