Coming out of the Forces is a tough time for many and leaves a huge number feeling lost and alone, which can lead down darker avenues. In times of crisis Veterans Aid acts as the A&E of the Veterans world. The work that Veterans Aid do is fantastic, working on a non-judgemental, individual scale to bring people back into society and once again be independent. So, us, a small group of ridiculous individuals have taken on a Tough Mudder. Probably not in shape to be doing this. At all. But by putting ourselves through hell in mud, barbed wire, being frozen, electrocuted and set on fire, we hope to raise some money for all this frolicking about.
