The Radio Amateurs Emergency Network (RAYNET) are groups of Radio Amateurs and associated like minded individuals who specialise in providing the Emergency Services, Local Authorities & community with emergency communications facilities in times of emergency, or to prevent emergencies.In addition we provide specialist communications links for Community events as part of our self training based on Plymouth in SW England.
