Hi everyone, On the first weekend of September I am doing a Wolf Run. Its a 10km wild run which will involve crossing streams, rivers, lakes and running through a lot of mud as well as doing over a dozen obstacles. I am raising money for Young People First, a registered charity based here in Warwickshire. Their Sharp Minds Project does a lot to support vulnerable young people with mental health issues and all money I raise on here is going directly to them.
