Step 2 turns 30 this year, and we are hoping to raise some funds to help us to be here for another 30 years. As a team, we are each going to walk a mile per day in September - a mile for every year of Step 2! We are very grateful for any support you can give us. A bit about us: In 1993, when a group of young people from Bierley Estate in Bradford needed help to secure funding for a project that would give them and other young people like them vital health information, a youth worker stepped in to support them. That was the beginning of Step 2 and is the same work we carry out to this day. Our vision is for young people to be healthy in every way (mentally and physically) supported by quality services and each other. To help us achieve our vision, our mission is to enable children and young people to live healthy lives by providing relevant information and services to them, their families and the professionals who work with them. Our services are holistically designed to help children and young people be as healthy as possible, in every way, by providing the contemporary, relevant help and support they need. We work in schools, colleges and across communities as well as with parents and young people directly. Thank you for visiting our Givey page.
