To sum up - you can't watch us do the run or cheer me on, so give up your cash to give me the incentive to keep on running through rivers and across sand, and I'll know you're there in spirit.
When? On Sunday 6th July 2014.
Why? As the phrase goes - because it's there...
Money target - 260 that's 20 for every mile.
Time target - just got to be below 2 hours, but why not 1hr 50?
