As a small group, we are embarking on a five lap charity bike ride around Lake Vyrnwy, Wales. The distance of the bike ride equates to 54 miles, one lap of the lake route we are taking is 10.8 miles. This distance is the equivalent of two marathons which will be completed in one day. We are doing this for two charities, The Harry Johnson Trust and Alzheimer’s Society (which can be found on our Just Giving link). Those taking part in the charity bike ride are: Benedict Wilkins, Lottie Frampton, Lisa Frampton, JJ Udy, Kevin Wilkins.
